Delete your GMBMantra account

This page explains how to delete your account with GMBMantra, the Google Business Profile management service and mobile app made by GMBMantra, and what happens to your data when you do. You can delete your account in the app, on this page, or by email.

Delete in the GMBMantra app

Open the GMBMantra app and sign in.
Go to More, then Settings.
In the Account section, tap Delete account.
Type the email address of your account to confirm, then tap Delete account.

Your account and its data are deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Delete by email

Email info@gmbmantra.ai from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm your request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your GMBMantra account: your name, email address and Google account ID.
Our access to your Google account: we revoke the sign-in token Google gave us.
Every business location that only you manage in GMBMantra, with everything we stored for it: reviews and replies, posts and scheduled posts, photos and other media files, services, keywords, rank scans, AI search results, competitors, citations, review links and Mantra AI settings.
Your reports and report schedules, alerts and notifications.
Your team roles, the access you gave to other people, and your access to their workspaces.
Your credit balance and credit history, and your API keys.
Your email settings and email history, and your contact in our email provider.

What we keep

A deletion record with your email address, user ID, the date and how many items were deleted. We keep it to show that your request was carried out.
Support requests you sent us, with your name and email address removed.
Business locations that another GMBMantra user also manages. They stay for that user; your own records on them are deleted.
Payment records held by Stripe, our payment processor, under its own legal retention rules. We do not store your card details.
Replies, posts and photos already published to Google. They belong to your Google Business Profile, so remove them in Google if you want them gone.

How long it takes

Deletion from our database is immediate when you delete in the app or on this page. Copies in our server logs and backups expire automatically within 90 days. Email requests are completed within 30 days.
