Everything you need to know
You set a threshold (default 4 stars). Customers rating at or above it are directed to your Google review page. Those below see a private feedback form. You control the threshold from your dashboard.
Yes. Google allows businesses to ask for reviews and provide direct links. Our system never blocks anyone from leaving a Google review β low-rating customers are offered an additional feedback channel but can still review on Google if they choose. This is not review gating.
The page automatically displays your business name, address, phone, and website from your Google Business Profile. The star threshold and feedback form fields (name, email, phone, comment) are all configurable from your dashboard.
We generate an anonymous UUID stored in the visitor's browser localStorage. No personal data is collected unless the customer voluntarily fills out the feedback form. The UUID simply prevents duplicate tracking when a customer changes their star selection.
Yes. Each location gets its own unique review link and QR code. Star distribution analytics and feedback are tracked per-location on your dashboard.
If a customer clicks 3 stars then changes to 5, the system updates their record (upsert) rather than creating a duplicate. Your analytics always reflect the customer's final choice.
