Welcome to GMBMantra. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and GMBMantra ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the GMBMantra platform, website at gmbmantra.ai, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, clicking "Sign in with Google," checking the "I agree" box, or otherwise accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
GMBMantra is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for Google Business Profile management. The Service provides:
The Service relies on third-party APIs, including Google Business Profile API. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or continuity of any third-party service.
You must create an account using Google OAuth to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You represent and warrant that you own or are authorized to manage the Google Business Profiles you connect to the Service and that you have authority to act on behalf of the businesses associated with those profiles.
You are responsible for all actions taken through your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
We offer a free trial period so that you may evaluate the Service before making any payment. The trial provides access to the Service features so you can determine whether the Service meets your needs.
The free trial is specifically provided so that you can fully evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan after the trial period, you acknowledge that you have had adequate opportunity to evaluate the Service, that you are satisfied with its features and functionality, and that you are making an informed purchasing decision.
If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged. It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial expires if you do not wish to continue.
Each customer is entitled to one free trial per account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current pricing and plan details are available at gmbmantra.ai/pricing and may change with 30 days' notice.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you expressly authorize GMBMantra and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) for the applicable subscription fees plus any applicable taxes. This authorization remains in effect until you cancel your subscription.
Because we provide a free trial period for you to evaluate the Service before any payment is required, all paid subscription charges are final and non-refundable. By converting from a free trial to a paid subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refund or credit will be issued for the remaining period.
You agree to contact us directly at info [at] gmbmantra.ai to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in:
We maintain detailed records of account creation, trial usage, subscription consent, and service access logs. These records may be submitted as evidence to your payment provider in response to any chargeback claim.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again and notify you by email. If payment remains unsuccessful for more than 14 days, your access to paid features will be suspended. Accounts with failed payments for over 30 days may be permanently terminated.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The Service, including all software, content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is owned by GMBMantra and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Content generated by our AI systems is provided "as-is" for your use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publication. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, appropriateness, or compliance of AI-generated content.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including Google Business Profile API, Stripe (payment processing), and AI providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third parties' terms and policies. We are not responsible for any changes, outages, or issues with third-party services.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.
We do not guarantee any specific results, rankings, review scores, or business outcomes from using the Service. Results vary based on many factors outside our control.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GMBMANTRA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GMBMANTRA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GMBMANTRA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GMBMantra and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) any content you submit through the Service; or (e) any chargeback or payment dispute you initiate.
You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through your account settings. Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, initiate a chargeback, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Termination for cause does not entitle you to any refund.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after 30 days following termination. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GMBMantra with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
