Running GMBMantra Day-to-Day

This page is for solo owners who already have GMBMantra connected and are operating one or a few of their own locations. The flow below covers the daily and weekly habits that get the most out of the product.

   Set up AI auto-reply

   Open /settings/ai and turn on Auto-respond to 4 & 5 star reviews, set your Brand Voice (tone, length, languages, business context), and decide whether to leave Require approval for negative reviews on (the default) or off.

   Reply to pending reviews

   Open /reviews, pick a location, and clear out the un-replied stack. Click Generate with AI for a draft (5 credits), edit, and send — or type your own reply for free.

   Schedule posts

   Open /content and click New Post to compose a post, or use Generate with AI for a draft. Save as a draft, schedule it, or let Mantra batch-generate a 7-day plan from /settings/ai.

   Check your insights

   Read the AI narrative on /dashboard (and the fuller view at /insights) to see what changed and what to do next. Run a heatmap scan from /heatmap on your top keywords for a real picture of local rank.

   Watch your credit balance

   The credit-status bar at the top of every dashboard page shows your balance. Top up at /dashboard/credits before you hit zero — paid AI actions pause when the balance runs out.
