Getting Started with GMBMantra

This page is for new users who just signed up (or are about to) and want to get their first Google Business Profile connected and pulling real data into the dashboard. The flow takes about five minutes end to end.

1. 1

   Sign in with Google

   Go to the home page or /auth/signin and click Sign in with Google — that's the only sign-up path, because we use the same Google identity to read and write to your Google Business Profile. Nothing to install.

2. 2

   Connect your Google Business Profile

   On Google's consent screen, tick every permission box — especially the Google Business Profile (business.manage) one. If you skip it, the app will see zero locations.

   Review the dashboard

   You'll land on /dashboard with a five-step onboarding modal that syncs your locations, reviews, and performance metrics from Google (~15-20 seconds). Pick which locations to manage and you're in.

4. 4

   Turn on AI auto-reply (optional)

   Open Settings → AI Settings to choose whether AI replies post automatically (within rules you set) or wait for your approval. New accounts start with a 100-credit welcome bonus to experiment.
