This page is for agencies managing many client businesses at once — a unified dashboard across every client's locations, white-label branding, and scheduled PDF/PPTX reports delivered from your domain on your cadence.

Sign up for an agency account
Open
/agency. If you don't have an agency yet, AgencySignupFlow walks you through picking Starter (100 locations, $500/mo) or Pro (1,000 locations, $4,000/mo), monthly or annual, yourbranding.companyNameandprimaryColor, and Stripe checkout. - 2
Add your first client
Open
/agency/clientsand click Invite a Client. Enter the client's email — if they already have a GMBMantra account they're attached immediately; otherwise they get a signed invite link valid for 7 days. They sign in with their own Google account so their GBP scope comes through. - 3
Configure white-label branding
Open
/agency/settingsto set your agency logo, primary brand color, custom footer text, and (Pro) custom domain. Once the DNS TXT/CNAME verifies, your clients see the dashboard at your domain with your branding — fliphidePoweredByon to drop the GMBMantra footer entirely. - 4
Create a scheduled report
Open
/insights→ Report Builder → Scheduled → New. Pick a template, locations, packaging (one combined PDF or per-location), cadence, recipients, and format (PDF, PPTX, or both). Save & activate setsnextRunAtand the scheduler dispatches it. - 5
Watch the agency dashboard
/insightsis your unified portfolio view across every client location — Month-over-Month tables, alert digests, top performers, needs-attention list, and CSV export. The MAL gauge on/agencytracks billable locations against your plan.
